Payment Terms
- A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable upon booking to secure your dates with the balance payable 14 days before the start of the assignment .
- In the event of being unable to travel, your deposit can be transferred to a different date providing it is at least 6 weeks before the original assignment start date. A rebooking fee of £60 will be incurred if less than 6 weeks notice is given.
We do not charge any extra for travel for an initial meet and greet or assignments in Hampshire.
Assignments outside of Hampshire will be subject to travel expenses at 45p per mile
Initial meet and greets outside of Hampshire may be subject to travel expenses at 45p per mile.
Further pre- assignment visits at the client’s request may be subject to a standard £40 fee and travel costs
